This router was easy to set up. I wanted to buy the next model up because it was on sale but it was sold out. However, this model easily meets our wifi needs in a house with multiple computers and a streaming television.

Works great love it. I love the fact that can control it from my cell phone. I love the fact that can turn the Wi-Fi off from my cell phone on my son's computer when it is bedtime. Can control each device that's on Wi-Fi from my cell phone works excellent.

Needed up grade and cable guy said this one worked for him and his family ,I purchased one and it is great,even my wife is happy ,internet is twice as fast and all devices are working again ,old one was 12 yrs old and slow as hell.

This system definitely helped increase my internet speed. But, I bought for streaming, and I was unable to get a signal in my basement. Best for one level living. I returned it for a whole home system instead.

I have no issues with this product. Works fine for our needs. We browse with laptops and phones, use it for streaming to TV and smart lights too. Reaches the entire house including two stories no problem from basement. B

We used this to replace a previous version of the same router. it's been great for meeting out streaming needs, as well as reliable enough for working from home. If only Cox internet was as reliable.

I know very little about routers, but I know how important it is to have a good one. My stepson installed this Netgear router, and the setup was quite easy (for him). So far it has been proving to be a great replacement for my old router.

My old router could not keep up with the demands of a modern family with multiple cell phones, smart TVs, computers and gaming systems. I took a gamble that this would solve my sluggish internet and it paid off big time. Added bonus - it only took about 10 minutes to set up.

I liked this dual band router. It has good reception through the entire house. I have the smart televisions on the fastest band, and my older computers on the slower band. I also setup a guest access to the route. The router was not difficult to set up.

This router was purchased as a replacment for an earlier netgear wireless router. I had heard from a neighbor about his good experience with his nighthawk. Comes with software to help with virus attachments and also to keep kids out of troublesome websites, neither of which were actually something I need, but if I was running Windows with kids still at home, I see they'd be a good value addition to the router. Even without those, it has good security setup, very similar to the netgear it's replacing as the firewall router for the home. Has been working well since I got it and it does seem to give better gaming connections, though really my gaming connectivity is more limited by my ISP, who I'm not really in love with. Would absolutely purchase this again,and would recommend it.

After researching live stream tv and subscribing to sling as well as Greenlight fiber optic network (internet) the Netgear-Nighthawk came highly recommended. Great reliable produt that supports my needs very well!

I purchased this router for a Halfway House-type location. It far out-performs to old router, with all of our 25-35 residents commenting on how much better their reception is. No one complains of slow-down, even with multiple persons on-line at the same time.

This is the second one of this same exact router that I have purchased. The first one purchased about a year and a half ago was zapped by a fluke power surge and became unusable. the router purchased earlier performed flawlessly.

Amazing product! My internet is booming! I switched to this and an Arris modem after using an Arris combo modem/router, and the difference is remarkable. Service everywhere in my house. I would highly recommend.

Strong signal Works well with Frontier etc just need to set your phone to pickup WiFi signal when first setting up (instructions not clear) otherwise will get stuck during setup & not compete process.

I have connection issues occasionally but a reset fixes these and the range on this thing is fantastic. Its totally overkill for my use case but I don't have a ton of complaints.

Setup was quick and easy. All the lights on the front are identical and not visible unless you're standing over it, so you can't just look across the room and check the status. Small issue, but my previous Netgear was easier to read from afar.

Easy set up, good range. The only problem has been the WiFi dropped when we were on vacation and I had to reconnect all the devices. Hopefully, it was a power outage./spike and that’s the end of it. Other than that, recommended by me...

This router is great. It can be user as a router or as an access point. I am using it as an access point. It works very well. It has a lot of management features, and I was able to configure it as I needed it to be.
