I bought this to replace it, it integrated well with the other parts of my network and I was up and running again in a few hours.

Netgear Router

Then when I added the Range Extender with this it got even worse. After multiple times in calls with Netgear Support, the tech finally had me flash the bios on the Extender and the Router and Extender started behaving. Just be ready for lots of aggravation until finally up and running. Other than the issues I do like the router.

What was I thinking?

The RAX200 looks great, but preforms lousy. Not happy at all with it. I wish I could return it, but I bought at Best Buy and it's been over 15 days. It was easy to setup, but I did have a few issues with the remote management where I needed to contact Netgear's support. I also needed help with Parental Controls. That too didn't work and once again I needed to contact Netgear's support. Other than that the router is working and having the WiFi 6 is nice. Netgear's support is the worst that I have dealt with. On just that alone I would never buy Netgear devices ever again. Anyone reading this. I suggest that you DON'T give Netgear your business. You'll be sorry. At $600 I should of had no issues. I ended up selling the router at a loss and ended up buying a router from Asus. ROG Rapture AX11000 Tri-Band Wi-Fi 6 Router at $150 less than the RAX200 and am getting so much more for the money.

Great product for difficult houses

I had other Netgear routers and extenders but never had good coverage throughout the house. This product solved all of those problems and allows for seamless streaming in the far corners of the house.

I no longer have a single "dead spot" anywhere in my house. 3 separate networks. I was even able to stay connected almost a full block away from my house and still pull down speeds over 1gb! Fantastic app to manage everything as well. Ahead of it's time!!
