Good until it stopped working.

But a few months in it started dropping the wifi signal. Lost connection every other hour and my phone and xbox would have to reconnect.

Defective and they don’t honor warranty

This product comes with two warranties; a three month software warranty, and a twelve month hardware warranty. My router unfortunately loses signal every two days or so and needs to be power cycled manually. It is still within the hardware warranty, so I asked for a replacement. They claim they cannot verify that it is hardware issue because my software warranty expired; therefore, they won’t even bother to check if it is defective. I would give this product and company zero stars if I could. You’re better off with your ISP provided router.
