Great mesh system
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just built a 3200 square foot rancher and my last router and range extender wasn’t cutting it. I was constantly having devices that were loosing connection. With this mesh router i have a strong signal everywhere in the house, no more dropped connections or annoying lag when streaming or playing online games. It’s super simple to set up, even if you’re not a “techie”. There are 3 Tv’s, two PlayStations , an xbox, 4 phones, a tablet, Alexa, a garage door opener, a security system, laptop and a printer connected. No issues at all.

Excellent router
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This router is probably a bit of overkill for my rather small house but it has resolved all of the WiFi voids I had in my house with my last router.

Mesh to the rescue!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great change for my network. It truly works a mesh defined by the IEEE at reasonable price for a Net gear product. It has solved all of the problems I had streaming concerts and movies. The installation was so easy I wondered if I missed something!

Hardwired to Completion
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upgraded from AC1900 router. I installed the satellite router in the wife metal She Shed. Had to hardwire the Cat6 and system and it works great. I only hardwire one satellite and have the option for the 5g and 2g options. Great System.

Simple to install, works perfect
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Went to Best Buy to purchase the Netgear Orbi AX3000, but purchased the Nighthawk AX3600 instead. The Orbi was waaaaay to large. It looked sleak and futuristic, but was over 9” tall, which seemed way to big to have 3 around the house. The Nighthawk was a little more expensive, but less than 4” tall, and had better specs than the Orbi AX3000. The app was easy to get the mesh system up and running, but there was one major problem. When I tried to pair my phone to the network during the setup, it kept saying that the network couldn’t be found. Luckily, I watched a video on YouTube of a guy who said he had the same problem, and had to turn off the cellular data on his phone. I remembered that, and tried it and then it worked perfectly. Once it was finished setting up, I turned my cellular data back on. Our home is about 2300 ft, plus a full-size basement. Our modem is on the first floor in the middle of the house, so I put one satellite on the front left corner of my basement and the other in the farthest right bedroom upstairs. That way there was one on each floor and one in each area of the house. I walked around and tested the speed, and it was literally the same in each room of the house. Each bathroom, the basement, kitchen, everywhere, we had 117/119MB download and 11/12 MB upload. That is what we pay for, and it is consistent across the entire house. Very impressed with this unit, and it’s less conspicuous than a 9” replica of Eva from Wall-e.

Just what we needed
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent product. I had difficulty using our Gish speed internet in various places in the house and now am able to connect with no issues. The added bonus of being able to filter sites is based on use is a great feature.

Price + Performance = WIN
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was upgrading from a four year old and slower speed switch to this mesh system. It ended up being seamless and the tri-band, WiFi 6 network was able to handle the modem speed that my I am paying my provider for. Buffering is so much faster, connectivity is quicker, less drops and delays., I am pleased with the purchase and the results that I'm seeing. Sure I could have purchased a more expensive system, but this wasn't a deal breaker for the price and better than what I had, perviously.

Finally works like my Orbi…
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Took a while to get it right. If you are suffering from random disconnects out of the box: 1) Manually upgrade to latest rev, 2) default reset the MR, 3) disable “Enable 20/40Mhz coexistence” and AX wifi mode. Mines been solid now like my Orbi was for many many years before dying. I’ll try enabling AX now to see if that still causes issues. The reset was critical for me. Also get a free IOS wifi scanner to see what your neighbors are at 1/6/11.

Better then Eero
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought these to replace my eero setup I had, was having alot of WiFi drop off issues with my previous mesh system, after scrolling through several reviews and the sale that was going on I decided to bite the bullet and buy another netgear product. I told myself I wouldn’t go back to netgear because of all the past issues I’ve had, and it feels like for once they did it right. The app is well put together and easy to manage, the satellites themselves although I had issues during setup, once up and running, had no issues since. Highly recommend!
