WOW AWESOME BUYINGEXPERIENCE ,, PRODUCT IS AWESOME OVER 300MBPS SPEEDY

When i first set up this system, it was pretty good. I rid expect a little more out of a $400 system, but it was serving us well for a few months. The Nighthawk app and parental controls are useful tools. Within a few months, we started having connectivity and speed issues. A system reboot was typically required every week or so to ge the unit back to working order. We had become used to doing this. After anout 14 months, one of the satellite units stopped working. We called Netgear, they said the unit was out of warranty and they would not provide a replacement unit. Troubleshooting further was going to require me to buy a service plan from Netgear! Despite my objection, they would not budge. I took it to Best Buy in hopes that they vould help me out with a replacement unit. Much to my displeasure, they would not help either. So, I spent $400 on a system that failed after 14 months and neither the manufacturer, nor the retail place from which i purchased the unit was willing to help me out. So, 1 star it is. Happy wifi shopping.

Purchased Nighthawk to replace an Orbi router that gave "Connected No Internet" error to WiFi devices frequently. Switched ISPs from Mediacom to Metronet, same issue so not ISP related. Nighthawk started doing same thing. Had Geek Squad out twice, no solution. Replaced Nighthawk with Eero and it works great. I can only conclude something in my house does not play well with Netgear. That said, when it worked it worked great! Fast speeds, app is filled with features and you the ability to log straight into the router for advanced setup. I have seen a lot of great reviews and do not doubt people have had good experiences. Unfortunately, did not work for me.

We have had our Netgear Nighthawk for approximately 2 weeks and it has been awesome knowing that the equipment is protecting us against continuous threats as you are able to see how often your equipment is being scanned and protected. We are also now able to have internet access in our bonus room as well as outside allowing us to watch the televisions in both areas.

Works most of the time but does reset alot, not sure if user error or the equipment. When it is working tho it works great

Great mesh nighthawk gear.easy set up and great service

These 3 cover my entire property. Upstairs 850 square feet, basement 850 square feet, detached garage 90 feet from house...extremely strong signal.

Works extremely well and I like the way that it is able to handle all of our computers, devices, and lights while keeping a fast strong signal.

Ow we can have great interbet on all three levels of our home: from the upstairs office to the main floor wifi to the basement entertainment area!

Plug them in and they just work. I have not had a computer loose service yet.

This thing works great. I have signal though out 3000 sq. Ft home.

It works great for what I need it to do in a large house

Installed for one month, so far ok Worked from home since March 2020. Crappy internet on the top floor of a 3700sf house. Router on the bottom floor. Gamer on floor 1 with router had no problems. Occasional basic user on his Mac on the 2nd floor, minimal problems. However, The office worker on the 3 rd floor on a work vpn, and college student in the loft above the office worker,... were totally screwed. This device made all the difference. Cost alot tho. Glad to be able to afford it cuz it's made a big difference.

Works as promised. Better that the last one I had.

Love my mess network zero issues super reliable and fast

Easy to install. App works great. Does what it I supposed to do.

Worked great for a while, but one satellite stopped connecting and it intermittently goes down all the time.

It improved the range of my spectrum 1gig internet

My house is only 1,800 sq ft so this wireless mesh system is a little overkill but it works way better than my old wifi router. I now have wireless in spots I never had before. Besides the cost the only other thing I'm disappointed with is NO Parental Controls included. I would be willing to purchase a subscription if they offered but nothing of the sort is available. The only thing you can do is shut down devices manually from connecting to your network. I wish I could schedule kids devices to shutdown at night now I have take them away every night to make sure they aren't on them. I'm hoping a firmware update or some kind of parental control service will be offered in the future. At least wireless works fine and that's what this system was built for.

Works great as WiFi with wired back haul and allowed for a switch on each floor with the extra port.
