Nice router that extended the range and quality of the signal throughout our tri-level home. I can also get a good signal from my workshop on the edge of our property. It was a bit hard for us to program but the Netgear customer service team talked us through it. People who are not tech impaired should have no problem with it.

excellent wifi and most powerful and high speed connections fast like lightning !! Very simple to set up , no complications not like other wifi did in the past but not this time. it is like "smart wifi" awesome !! I should have bought in first place till I learn something new and happy with it with no regret at all. You will not be sorry at all. love it !

With a rural ISP top speed of 100/10, I could not afford to have a router be the slow/weak link in the system. This unit fit the bill. The dual band works great. I put all of the IOT things on 2g and all of my IO intensive things on 5g. Working very well so far. Set-up was a breeze, app is nice. Very satisfied overall.

So very happy to finally upgrade and being totally amazed at the simplicity and market improvement of my home network. Manages everything, very little management interaction on my part. Seamlessly maintains devices without expertise on my part. Very satisfied with an excellent product!

Great quick modem. Setup was easy, used the mobile app for setup. Went through IP to set up the rest of it. 1500SQFT is a bit of a stretch for 5ghz but 2. For the price I would have gone with something else, but it was out of stock and this gets the job done. Look up some reviews online for it, pretty good all around for the price.

This is an excellent router. Our devices would often freeze before, but since we installed this new router, we have yet to have any device freeze on us. I love this new router, and the name of Netgear is a name I can trust!

The router works incredibly well, and the security blocks all suspicious attacks. The only drawback is that there is not a Game Library where you can just apply the Port Forwarding required for certain games to connect online. All Port Forwarding has to be done manually.

This router is a must !!if you have multiple devices in your home it works great . I also would recommend this device if you have a larger sized home (2500 Sqft or larger ) . I get full WiFi signal all over my home . The setup of the router is simple and quick . If you’re willing to spend a little more this is the router for you .

Purchased as a replacement for a 10 year old N technology router. The Nighthawk WiFi 6 offered the best technology and security for New Dell laptop with WiFi 6. The Mbps is as fast as an Ethernet connection in all locations inside house. Other older devices had a 30% improvement as well. The app for setup was EZ.

I got this for a replacement to an ailing R9000 Netgear Nighthawk X10 router so that I can continue to work from home during the pandemic. the speeds are amazing. the set up is a little confusing as the directions are not correct when it comes to setting up the router before you can use it on your network.

Well I’ve always been a big fan of NetGear products .So don’t be surprised it’s an excellent router for the price Never had a problem with it , I would recommend NetGear hands down Over any router out their...Easy set up , and with the net gear app you can control it with your phone ... it’s the way of the future.

I was happy to find how easy it was to install my Nighthawk AX500 router. The instructions were easy to follow and now I have strong connections through out my entire home. 15 minutes after opening the box I was able to conect my computer in the far conner. I believe I recieve great value for my purchase.

This is a great router once you get it up and running. I had to replace my old router that stopped working after a thunderstorm. I've hooked up routers before so I'm familiar with the process. But the written instructions that are provided with this router are minimal. I tried hooking it up by using my IPhone as recommended, but kept getting hung up on one step and I couldn't get any farther than that. I called NETGEAR support early the next morning and had a bit of a wait on hold. But the tech was very knowledgeable and walked me through the set up. I had it up and running within 5-7 minutes. However, had more detailed instructions been provided, I feel like the call to tech support would not have been necessary. I probably would have given this 4 stars because of the set up issues. But the router is fantastic and it really does warrant 5 stars. I would recommend it but would say that if you have problems with setting it up, call NETGEAR's tech support. Just call early in the morning and expect a bit of a wait.
