Bought for our church. Has excellent range for the church wifi security cameras. Actually helped recently with people tampering with church property. Previous router had horrible range. The range on this one works perfect. Not a single dead spot in church.

This Netgear Nighthawk is a very good router and was recommended by a experienced Tech analyst . I'm not to tech savvy But everything seems to be operating well. The price was high but I can accept that as long as the product is working well I would recommend this Netgear Nighthawk for your router needs.

I was surprised how far the signal actually reached through so many walls in my house. As a plus I could now get internet in both of my workshops outside as well. I have had no drops in signal or loss in bandwidth. I would highly recommend this product

When having my fiber internet hooked back up, I was informed by the installer that the router I had (the most current through the fiber company) was garbage and that I would be a lot better off just going to Best Buy and buying one there. I ended up going with the Nighthawk AX5400 as it touted WiFi speeds up to 5x (I believe) so I figured why not, I’ll try it. Even got it price matched for $60 less. This may not be what everyone needs, however I stream from my Xbox/PC, and we also have a PS4/Switch/2 Laptops/3 TVs/3 Security Cameras/3 Smart Phones/2 Tablets with any combination of all of those going at any given time. And all of them except two are running off WiFi. I can say this router gives me really good speeds over WiFi and would recommend it to anyone who is in a similar boat as our family. I currently have 500/500 internet to my house and my phone is was pulling 311/207 on WiFi. You can say what you want, but those are really good WiFi speeds for my current connection.

Replaced the modem that my ISP included with this and it was a game changer. So much faster and it has a lot of great features. The app works really great too - customization options, speed tests, security features, and more.

I recently had to replace my previous router due to a short so i decided to upgrade as well. I just moved into a new house with a workshop so i wanted to make sure i had plenty of signal in the shop. This router has done great so far! Strong and consistent signal. No complaints.

Easy to use. Don’t follow their recommendation to rename it the same as your old router. Some of your devices won’t recognize that it is new with different settings.

Easy set up and was VERY pleased that I could use old password as an option and not have to reset all our devices. The Nighthawk app is great. Also appreciate the security features included. WiFi speed increased and streaming improved.

I had to replace an older high-speed router after noticing that my home security cameras kept losing connection. This is a great router if you are paying for higher speed internet. The only thing that I don't love about it are the antennas and the shape. It's bulky and cumbersome.

No internet drops. Easy set up. I just connected via the app. I bought extended warranty even though I know I won’t really need it. It comes with a year free of that security program with the option of purchasing it. I love it.

Super easy to set up, fast, even get signal in my detached garage. My only complaint is it drops signal frequently. It doesn't stay down long, less than 30 seconds most the time but still aggravating. I have not messed with the settings yet so maybe that will help.

Always had success with Netgear. My old unit took a dump, not sure why but was 5 years old.... these things should last longer I think. Anyway, so far this one is working good. A bit pricey and large but hoping this solves all my speed issues.

My MPSB jumped from 180 average to 302 average! My plan calls for 300/30. It's in a closet. I'm in a far room. I have 13 items on the. network. This "is" the one to buy.

Our previous Wi-Fi equipment did not work well, even with an extender. The Netgear Nighthawk AX5400 provides excellent coverage of our home. We have about 10 Wi-Fi devices, sometimes all ten connected simultaneously, without any issues.

Good router. It reaches areas of the house where my old router couldn't. I gave it only 4 stars instead of 5 because of never being able to set up an account on the Nighthawk App but wasn't a deal breaker.

I have had Netgear routers for some time, but needed support for more devices and better home coverage. I chose this from the AX line based on the advertised characteristic of home size. This worked out perfectly for our 3065/1910 sq. ft. single story home.

Guaranteed improvement in this upgrade from the Nighthawk AC1900 because of our increased coverage requirements. A must have to enhance the quality of our internet service and the standard equipment provided by our telecom provider.

A huge upgrade from the verizon fios g1100 router. The Nighthawk was easy to install and provides more than sufficient speed to handle well over 30 devices. The only downsize which is minimal to me is the awkward size.

I bought this router to replace my existing linksys 1750 router. It does work well but there is no parental controls. I do find that the interface is cheesy. They want you to use a cell phone not a computer. I find using a cell phone cumbersome at best.
