Beyond frustrated with this router. It constantly drops connections, the app to access it doesn’t work 99% of the time, and the Smart Connect (combines 2.4 and 5 ghz channels) hardly ever works. I’ve updated it, reset it, and tried pretty much everything - Avoid this and other Netgear products.

I’m sure you have done your research before buying this router. It is difficult to set up with little to no experience. Forget the mobile app.. it is best to use Lan and a PC to configure this thing. Great for PC gamers but kinda hard to setup/adjust when a console is your main gaming device. Better to have a laptop and someone with experience there to monitor and do the final setup. Almost to dynamic one of those things you will just need to play with to figure it out.

I’m not a gamer but have one in the house. I needed a new router and needed one that would allow me to use my full gig package with WOW and this does it effortlessly. There 4 smart tvs 4 laptops one desktop 5 cells and at least 4 tablets and each runs like it is the only device on network. Pleased with my purchase!

So far my experience has been fantastic. There was definitely a slight learning curve in terms of understanding all it could do, but boy does this guy have some juice! I had the internet guy out for an unrelated issue and he couldn’t stop raving about how kick butt the new nighthawks are. Very satisfied

This is a real good gaming router I switched to this one when I was having issues with the other Nighthawk net gear router I had and I haven't been having any issues with this one great ping Reduction Program and to top it off the VPN service they offer with their Netgear armor

This has helped our picture quality on movies as well as the gaming & stock markets. Its kind of pricey but I believe its still worth the money.

This is a very impressive router. It does provide everything and more even if you are not gaming. My wifi speeds and signal quality are just perfect specially if you have devices that support Wifi6. The DumaOS is simple to use and intuitive. It gives you options for everything. The GeoMap is just a plus if you are into games specially Call of Duty.

This router works decently in my 3000 sq ft house. Watch out though, there are many hidden fees that will be needed at a later time, such as tech support & security that will amount to $300 or so in additional charges.
