Better signal over a distance than my old router. Note it has to bust through the myriad of networks in the apartment. Note if it doesn’t work when you connect it through the standard instruction don’t go to the advanced setup. I spent two hours searching and googling what to do. Hit the reset button in the back of the router and problem solved.

Strong, fast connections. No latency issues. It's lightweight. The overall size is rather large. Reboot time takes longer than most routers I've used. Had some issues connecting it to my ISP, once I talked with them it was a walk in the park to connect it.

I thought I was going to be really happy to own this router and that I was going to enjoy the features that duma os offered. But unfortunately for the price it's not worth it reason is because you can use other free softwares online that can do the same thing as the Wi-Fi range is not that powerful, for anybody reading this I will recommend for you to get a mesh wifi system you will not regret it

Thing is junk. Tried to change my internal subnet and it spontaneously rebooted and blew the config. Then factory reset itself. Default admin password no longer worked. Support couldn't figure it out so I returned this piece of garbage.

Our internet is good, but the app is so dang slow as to be nearly useless, and the functions for it are not easily navigable. I thought I was just blocking a couple devices temporarily from my internet but then they disappeared from the list entirely so I couldn't re-enable them. I'm sure there's a way to do it but searching the information online is not bringing much up, and the app moves so incredibly slow that I'll probably die before I ever find the right place in the app to correct the issue. I thought it was going to be an easy way to organize all our devices but no such luck. Service is good and covers by whole 2000 foot house, but I think I could have gotten the mesh wifi for just a bit more and gotten both better coverage and more user friendly experience.

Purchased it and hooked up. Had connectivity issues almost immediately. Things that were hard wired would work fine but cell phone, tablet, x-box, netflix, or the TV would randomly not connect for no reason. Did a full factory reset and that still didn't help. Within 2 days it completely crashed. Exchanged it for another one thinking I just got a bad apple and still nothing but issues. Lots and lots of internet connectivity issues! None the less I attempted to work with it but constantly had to reset it. After 3 weeks this one crashed too. So I just returned it and got my money back and bought a completely different brand. Definitely no worth the money or headache.

It replaced an worn out old router that I thought needed to be replaced but I don't think it actually was my router after all :( but it is nice to have a new one in my room. My kids are happy as they got my old one on the other side of the house for their repeater for wifi.

WOW!! I’ll never have to buy another router again!!! I decided to get a better router for some deep online gaming on my ps5 and deep movie streaming on sling, Vudu etc. I had a decent router before but this router is flawless!!!! I could tell a big difference immediately after installation!

If you want to use this router for it's basic purpose it's a decent router. However for some reason the DumaOS it runs on isn't the most current firmware of 3.0. I needed the hybrid-VPN option, which is available on XR500, but for some reason they decided not to put it on their most premium gaming router.

Signal not nearly as strong as my old X6. I noticed the power supply amperage is considerably lower. I had to use my glitchy X6 as an access point to extend the signal. This one has kicked a few devices off the network - hoping that was a fluke.
