I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Less than 3 months old and random reboots every hour. On the line with tech support for 2 hours and still no resolution but doing the same trouble shooting steps. Last Netgear product for me

Do not buy, overpriced garbage. Bought 2 with the exact same issues. Keeps dropping connection every 15-20 mins on both wired and wireless connections. Updated firmware and tried factory resets multiple times. The hardware in DUMOS software is very slow and shows it has three CPU cores but only uses two. Went back to make old basic Linksys router and connection was stable. If you're looking for a high end gaming router this is not the one.

This router keeps dropping the connection , it evenly automatically reset to factory setting. I had have a Netgear AC 2400 for 2 years only, then it failed. I decided to give Netgear an another try , but i was totally frustrated. I decided to go for Asus Ax 11000 after. Wow this is the best one i’ve ever had. Hope this asus will last for years as my parent has one it has been lasting for 5 years already.

This product concept is good but in reality has so many problems with Wireless. Tried switching but got another defective one. They all can't be defective!!! Even tried to reach the manufacturer but no help!! Next time I just have to get another company product

It does what it supposed to, my internet used to have a lot of drop ms because of all the devices, but with this modem it opens more channels for the devices to connect so it doesn’t get saturated the wifi

Got this after purchasing a new and bigger house. Wanted to make sure the WiFi for my kids was good to go so they could play their Xbox and switch without issues and it’s worked wonders

The router delivers as promised, excellent access and streaming anywhere in our two-story home. We are using a 600Mbps internet service for our home. It pairs well with the NETGEAR - Nighthawk 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem.

Really over complicated for just playing xbox or ps. I tried for an upgrade from the night hawk r8000p but ended up returning this item. If you are patient and have time to spare I would recommend this but if you are just trying to hook up and go better to get a different one.

No real help with this unless you search all over the internet. Trying to set up is a pain. I would expect for the price you would get a manual not have to go through tons of web searches to try an figure it out

Always liked Netgear products. Strong wifi signal. My house is ~4,000 sq ft and I get a good signal even at the farthest points. The app is very useful and informative as well. Would highly recommend.

Did not really like this router but it did the job. Switched between three different router types and finally found one I liked. Super light weight .

Been using this for quite some time. The features are a little weird abs perhaps the QOS isn’t exactly as granular as I wanted, but I don’t really have any complaints. It’s post pretty good!

I am not sure exactly why I purchase this but I don't really know what is really supposed to do I've tried to use the app but it is very difficult does is not easy friendly they should use the app to make it easy for people to use this device

Had an older model Nighthawk and with the new modem and improved download speeds available decided to upgrade the router too. So far haven’t seen any latency in the games I’ve been playing.

We purchased this new router a few days before we went on vacation. So far all is working great. We went with all firesticks on our tvs. Streaming is the way to go now. No more cable tv. Love it!

Works okay. However it is a gaming router geared towards gamers. One cannot set up QOS for highest priority, gaming takes precedence. If you are not a gamer, don't buy this product. It is difficult to tweak.

This router is awesome!! As a gamer/IT nerd, the amount of features built into this thing are incredible. Totally worth the money in my opinion!

Needed a new router to replace a 5 year old one. This one has the bandwidth and the features needed to make life a little easier in this wireless world we live in today!

This is a HUGE improvement over the router that Verizon uses and has totally eliminated any buffering for video and VOIP. We’ll worth the investment.

Ipv6 doesn't work and have worked since this router was released. I'm not certain why netgear hasn't addressed this being that this is an important feature for gaming.
