When I saw this for the first time, I thought of Star Trek and I was ready to be beem up "Scottie" and HOT DARN did it! best upgrade and hands down it's the best.

When we got it it was working great, then we started getting cut off from the internet. When we contacted Netgear about it, they help us go through some settings so that it would fix the problem. Netgear’s support team is really good.

It’s been the best router I’ve ever had. Reboot it about once a month to let it refresh. But very little dropped internet use

The configuration was straight forward, and after installing this router, we no longer have needed the additional access points, which we needed with our previous router. While it is good to write a review, I believe that requesting a review after a longer period of ownership by the customer makes more sense. This flaw is not unique to Best Buy. All retailers and manufacturers seem to be doing this to get a higher rating on the product.

This router is easy and I can link up to 95 devices in my house from nest thermostats 2 and Arlo cameras to 4 Wi-Fi tvs and 3 cellphones to 8 iPads and 5 laptops. I also use alll my z-wave home automation system without any issues.

Works as described. Something newer is what was needed as my router was 4 yrs old. Was having issues and resetting the old router daily. After purchase, no resets! Also purchased NightHawk Cable Modem Works well with Smart Phone App

This thing delivers on speeds. I can get 6-800 mbps via 5ghz wifi on my iMac upstairs while router is downstairs. Plugged in I get 1Gbps consistent. Love that it has three bands as I have devices divided across depending on what speed it needs.

Great service so far. Purchased the item as was having Wi-Fi signal issues in the house. This corrected the issue immediately. Easy to setup and was up and running in 15 mins.

This router has been great, it was easy to set up, and easy to get all the devices connected. I especially like that it has a mobile app that you can control how can get on, and who you can temporarily block from using the network.

Great router that works as intended, no WIFI drops anywhere in the house. A little big so make sure it has plenty of room.

This replaced another NETGEAR router that failed. It was super easy to install with the NETGEAR App. It was a bit of an emergency because our son was taking his university classes due to COVID all on line. He was back on line in no time.

My sons were complaining about the sluggishness in the games, checked my speed and it was below 100 MBps even though my connection is a 1 Giga. Using my Nighthawk I can get around 600 MBps in at least 10 devices connected

Bought this as my YouTube TV app on my OLED tv would become grainy looking on a regular basis. I would look at the Stats for Nerds data and the connection speed would fluctuate quite a bit. Sometimes it would drop to below 1000Kbps even though my tv is about 30 feet from my fiber modem. I didn’t want to fish an Ethernet cable through the attic so gave this router a try. I was skeptical it would help much. However, my connection speeds are now consistently over 60000Kbps. It’s even been as high as 183000Kbps. MUCH better picture and can now get true 4K on content. Very happy with the results.

Great wifi router with strong signal strength. Bought this when upgraded to Hargray fiber, as the included access point has terrible signal strength.

This router is great acording to the app its working at 120% of capability one heck of an upgrade from our old router and i like the no ninja abilities it has i can single out devices and block access

More than powerful enough for what I needed - running a desktop and a home server, running multiple public services. Also easy to set up with a modem.

This baby works like a charm. What can I say. Best router we have ever had. Have no had any issues with the internet since its purchase. Tri-band; that's two (2) 5G and one 2.4G.. AS Miki's brother would: Try it, you'll like it.

Good router, Tri-band, long range. However, after only 18 months, it is intermittently losing signal. This is an expensive router, and I expected to get at least three years of use (my last Nighthawk lasted over 4).

Range is about a radius of two rooms so if placed centrally it should cover and entire home of 4,000 square feet. String and fast and automatically assigns the specific speed of internet to your devices.
