This thing is a beast. I bought this for a friend that just moved into a large apartment complex that included multiple smart home devices and this helped him out a lot

I purchased this for the "farm" a two-level farmhouse in Northern MN that my son lives at while going to school. This covers the house pretty well. Wifi 6 is the way to go.

I notice the speed increase. On my previous router instruggled to steam 4K video to the basement tv ok the other side of the house. After the upgrade I can stream 4K video at 60 fps.

Upgraded from an older Linksys router when we started having connection issues while working from home. Very easy to set up and use with the Netgear Nighthawk app

Much stronger wi-fi signals in both bands compared to the ISP provided wi-fi router! Very easy to set up and get running. I would highly recommend this router!

Was returned product. Objective to have a vpn was misleading in literature. I could not use my own vpn credentials to create a vpn connection. So did not suit my needs

After quite a bit of research I finally pulled the trigger on this device. So far it has lived up to all the expectations. Managing the router for a network that contains lots of Wi-Fi connections (including numerous smart-home hardware), the UI on the Netgear app, and the Netgear Armor protection service which I have been riding the free trial for have made this a very pleasant experience in the early stages of the game. Definitely one to consider if you’re looking to create a durable and secure network for a large number of users at your home, and it would be my #1 suggestion.

I needed a new router and picked this one based on features and price. Works great. My wifi is now very vast. Its also wifi 6 so its future proof. Highly recommended.

My first was so good that I thought I would try the new version when we moved into our new, large home. Signal strength and speed is more than we need!

This is the best router we have ever had. We live in a large two story house with multiple applications going at the same time very often. No interruptions or loss of signal.

I bought this to boost the wifi in my home. It fit the bill perfectly. It was expensive if you buy a modem with it, but my internet has improved atleast 200%.

Decent router but for the price you can do better. Up close the speeds are good but the range was not as I expected. Ended up returning for a mesh system

Been looking at specs for routers. Asus gtax11000 is the best but I was going to try this since Asus router was sold out but luckily it was I stock before I needed a router. This was my back up router to buy

This is the best router I have owned. Reaches throughout the house with no problems. It reminds me of a Star Wars shuttle which is an added bonus. LOL

I have comcast 1g speed and this night hawk was a pain to install, had to call 3 times, wasnt sure if it was comcast or netgear issue. At the end netgear was able to get it to work, but I dont see high speeds. I average 550. so not impressed, my old N speed worked better than this x8. The only good thing is that it has 5 ports. But since I need it a modem too I went with the netgear 1550 which is not that good. It has 4 rear ports, but apparently only port 1 is the only one that works. So far the ax8 is working but some times it doesn't seem that fast compared to my apple extreme router.

We bought this router to get internet coverage in warehouse facility. It's a 5700 square foot space and the coverage is good thoughout. I would recommend this router

NetGear Wi-Fi Routers are bar none the best on the market!!! This is a stealthy excellent high tech model which will serve you for many years!!!

I bought this during the pandemic and it is a good quality router. I thought it would be great but just some updated technology already outdated (WiFi6)

This thing fixed everything that was wrong with my old ASUS router. I love the phone app and how easy it is to configure. If you have the money please do buy this router.
