Get a different brand

Wi-Fi drops the internet connection at least once every other day for a few minutes and then starts working again on it's own. Meanwhile all my wired devices continue working without a problem. Netgear support hasn't been any help. I'd return it if I wasn't past the return date. Skip this router.

My first on stopped working 3 months after purchased. I was upset after staying on phone with 4 different techs from phone being cut of because they don’t understand that unplugging all they say to unplug will cut most people’s phone off in the bundle package say spectrum sells. Then after determine it was faulty I had to pay for returned shipping! What a JIP....

Dead stop after 65 days

Wireless worked good for me if I only use it for 5.0 ghz but is mostly worthless if mixed with 2.4 ghz specifically with older protocols. Bought it April, dead by June. I was expecting better things from Netgear. Completely disappointed.

With this router I’m maximizing the speed of my Wi-Fi network, achieving over Wi-Fi the same speed my Internet provider offers over ethernet (500Mbps). A must needed router for those with smart homes, video game consoles, tablets, smart TVs and computers under the same roof. If you own a device with Wi-Fi 6 capabilities, this router is the right one for you.
