I had a netgear ac2300 until it got hit by lightning and I thought this time around when purchasing a router I would upgrade to the latest technology. Reading through some of the reviews, it seems as if I'm not the only one who was experiencing connectivity issues with this router. My devices would pop in and out of wifi and sometimes they wouldn't even connect. This is my second time purchasing this router and will be my second time returning it. I've been netgear faithful for years now. I think its time to move on to something more reliable. I hope this review helps someone and I hope your experience is better than mine.

Works great. Was worried it wouldn’t cover a 3 story home but it definitely covers everything and then some.

Needed additional ports for.wifi connection and this did the trick. There are not a lot of options out there that habe.more.than the basic 4.

Overall the router is good. I did have an issue with the first router and had to return it for a replacement. The second router works very well.

Appears To Be Good Quality Router New Design Hasn't Hurt The Range As Of Yet

I had a big router and two extenders. With the Nighthawk I was able to get rid of an extender. I had to keep one to beam to my detached house. Sturdy, stable and out of sight, this router has proven well worth the money. I am not taking advantage of the cloud capabilities or sophisticated advances built in. Just plus, change all the passwords, and go. The alternative was to use a mesh network, but the powerful Nighthawk did just fine.

They need to fix firmware.also they need ax usb wifi adpater.add wpa 3 more wifi channels.add netduma

With all the devices in our household this router ensures that we all have strong signals

work good with comcast and the speed is very good i get 1000 speed from comcast it work good.

I gave it 4 stars because I returned it unopened and therefore I can't say it was good or bad.

Put in a 4000 square foot house as an access point. Great coverage both in upper and lower floor.

This unit was easy to install and it works great, no internet signal issues any more

It has worked very well so far. No complaints. It was easy to hook up and start.

It's ahead of its time. The technology doesn't communicate well with existing tech. Most phones, game systems, and computers will not be able to locate the signal, unless you dumb it down by turning off the very thing that makes it so expensive. At that point, why pay for that much router? i returned mine.

I upgraded an old netgear wifi This was easy to install. I've had for about a month now and no issues.

Stable connections, very wide range, covers 2000 sq ft. of house without slow down. Love it.

Great system. I use a camera on my WiFi and it does a great job.

Be sure to get the app it its very very helpful Also the speed is very reliably fast

Set up was very easy until I launched Safari. I apparently had an wifi connection but Safari would not connect to the internet. I called the geek squad and of course the guy could not or would not help me over thx phone. He wanted to schedule a technician to visit my house to troubleshoot the problem. Not sure if he was inexperienced but I decided to return the router instead of deal with the hassle.
