Good product for addl ports

Just fantastic

With the Nighthawk I was able to get rid of an extender. I had to keep one to beam to my detached house. Sturdy, stable and out of sight, this router has proven well worth the money. I am not taking advantage of the cloud capabilities or sophisticated advances built in. Just plus, change all the passwords, and go. The alternative was to use a mesh network, but the powerful Nighthawk did just fine.

Ahead of its time

The technology doesn't communicate well with existing tech. Most phones, game systems, and computers will not be able to locate the signal, unless you dumb it down by turning off the very thing that makes it so expensive. At that point, why pay for that much router? i returned mine.

Could Not Get Sit To Work

I apparently had an wifi connection but Safari would not connect to the internet. I called the geek squad and of course the guy could not or would not help me over thx phone. He wanted to schedule a technician to visit my house to troubleshoot the problem. Not sure if he was inexperienced but I decided to return the router instead of deal with the hassle.

Great Router!

EXCEPT and this is a Google Nest & Amazon Alexa Show/Spot issue. Do not use the Auto Band selector on this router for, your device mentioned above will keep having connecting issues. According to Google and Amazon, they are aware of this and they will have a fix soon. This happened on my previous great router from Netgear. I got this when it was on sale for $100 off. Very Happy with this router.
