Doesn't Last

Month 11, lost another port and having wireless issues. Month 13, router doesn't work. Purchased new router, different brand, all 33 connected devices working without issue.

Not worth it

Didn’t work very well and returned it to get another one. The 2nd one was a little bit better but my devices still have problems from 25’. Bought the fancy Netgear Mesh extender for almost $200 bucks and set it up. My ring camera in my driveway disconnects daily because the connection sucks even with the mesh extender between the router and camera. My 10 year old apple AirPort Extreme works better than these new Netgears. Not impressed and $500 down the drain. Thank you Bestbuy for being so helpful making it right by swapping and returning these. Next step - call Netgear on Monday so they can help before I return these to bestbuy.

Wireless speakers, door locks and security had issues or just not compatible. If they fix or fixed the issues, I would purchase.

Poor connectivity

It repeatedly dropped connections regardless of how I changed the settings. Went back to my old 2 channel, 1900 modem and it works great
