Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great technical support my Xbox wasn't hooking up it was running on V4 and it had an update for V6 so they had to help me with the port information and all that and we got it set up and it's working great so it was great having their help on that they were knowledgeable and they took me through it which is hard to do cuz I got to head injury so thank you Netgear and thank you Best Buy sincerely James
