Great router lag free for gaming

My linksys was always dropping and rebooting all the time this one doesn’t do that at all

Fast and furious

Wireless speeds went from 180mb to 275-300. It is also handling all of my smart home items in addition to my computers, tablets and phones. Everything about this router is great. Unless you are looking to go into the $500+ range this will get you going.

Netgear Nighthawk AXE7800 Disappointment

There is no doubt this router is fast. Setup was quick and easy. The reason for the return. (1) On certain web pages, such as for banking and other financial web sites, pages would load extremely slow if at all. (2) Per Netgear, disabled security protection, Armor, and reboot. Although it improved, I still had pages that would load very slow. Considering the price for the unit, my expectations were I would have a premium device performing better overall than my current router and I would not have to disable features to get the router to work as expected.
