Nothing to do with Best Buy. This router was harder to set up and run than my previous Netgear. Netgear says set it up with their app. Not so easy. Had to call tech support to get it to work. Still have trouble accessing one of the printers on my network.

We were hit by lightning so had to purchase a new router. This router has really worked out great. The wings are not as easily broken.

Love it!!!! It's taken our WiFi signal from between 100 and 300 to between 800 and 1000! We live in a rural place surrounded by mountains and it works very well for us! Highly recommend 8/10!!!

We recently bought and installed a new Netgear Nighthawk Tri-Band WiFi 6E Router (RAXE300). The install was fairly easy. It is a little earlier to tell, but it seems to be working well. We were having problems with our internet before, so we really hope it solves our problems.

Had an older nighthawk but my wife's newer work lap top was getting connection issues with all my devices being on the same band. Upgrading to this with the new 6GHz band allowed her work laptop to have basically its own frequency and no more drop outs/stuttering Zoom calls/glitches. GG.

I replaced my 3 year old netgear nighthawk with this newer one. The setup was easy with the app, and it packed right up with all of my Smarthome tech with no problem.

Purchased this router when my previous Nighthawk R7350's wifi gave out. The speed improvements have been great for the gaming and streaming that I do on a regular basis

I got this primarily for VR as my headset supports the 6G band. It has done the job very well and is everything I needed, no lag or signal problems. No complaints.

Honestly I do see a big change between the common company router and this router. I’ve been able to run warzone without any packet loss! Expensive but worth it. Download speeds also increased by a TON

We love NightHawk routers. We have them in each of our office locations. Robust enough to handle every workstation, phone and printers. Always up. Easy to manage.

Easy to set up, download the app then scan the QR code. Router works good in my medium sized house. Signal drops to 2 bars in the garage but still gets good speed. This one is definitely worth it.

Good router, marginal 6e (6 GHz) coverage

Works fine but 6e coverage is marginal. Yes, I know, 6e is in the 6GHz band and it's more prone to being blocked. However, at 6 GHz it's also easier to bounce off walls. It would have been nice if the antennas were separate, replaceable and adjustable.

I bought this to replace a two year old Knight Hawk, because my old one just wouldn't reconnect to the internet if it lost power or had to be rebooted. I updated to Spectrum's 1Gbit down and 40 up. Figured that updating to this wifi router would resolve the issue. I also liked the fact that it 2.5mb port and very good wifi specs. After about 2.5-3 weeks, my new router started exhibiting some strange issues. My Nest doorbell started showing delayed/frozen video when people would ring the bell, even my Arlo started showing the same issue. Then suddenly my router wouldn't connect to the internet via Spectrum's modem. Connecting the modem directly to a laptop restored my internet connection. The problem was with this router. The router's app said it was connected to the internet, but the internet indicator on router showed a red light. Spectrum tech came by and confirmed internet signals were good. Took this router back for a refund. Don't think I'll look at Netgear as option. Two different Knight Hawk models with the same issue. Yes, I checked for firmware updates but non were available.
