    It's doing what it's supposed to do- we will see if it lasts. Netgear support has been absolutely horrid, and I've had multiple products fail outside their 90 day warranty.

    I I had no difficulty setting up this cable modem, which I got to replace one that often dropped my connection. I gave the cable company the new MAC address, and they did their magic and checked that it was working. That was two weeks ago, and I have had no connection troubles.

    3.1 is fast and let me get 1gig down by cox. Only real option but I liked it more than I liked my Surfboard
