    I didn't realize that you could buy a gigabit modem so I rented from Comcast. I saw this and learned it was compatible with Comcast and gigabit internet and finally was able to return my rental modem. My internet speeds haven't changed and now I'm not sharing bandwidth with the Xfinity hotspot that Comcast enables by default on their modems. Other than that, it's a modem, not much else to say.

    Using with xfinity. Subscribe to 300 speed, consistently get closer to 400. Only down side is xfinity always shows there is an issue with the router when working fine.
