    I was leasing/renting a cable modem from a internet provider and not getting very good usage out of my modem because I started to upgrade my home to be a smart home. To many devices started to slow the my network. I upgraded my modem and my router. In my opinion this modem works the best for what my family needs. We have a 3100 square foot home and everything works great now.
