Helped out tremendously. Our internet wasn't working and now it's working so well.

So far the modem is working even better than the one I rented from the cable company since the one I rented had issues being compatible with my new Sony Tv. It will also pay for itself in about a year.

Solid cable modem has been working for me with no issues since provisioning by my local cable company. You need to be sure that you’re cable company will provision customer provided equipment before purchasing. Sale price was an added plus.

Good modem, but not cheap. Does what it says and easy set up.

so far so good, need it for our home business line through comcast and to be honest, with comcast service being shotty its hard to tell the difference sometimes to know if it was worth the upgrade. Overall, no hardware difficulties of any kind and the upload speed has increased

Nothing to complain about, it just works. Upgrading from Docsis 3.0 has proven to be a good investment, this modem being 3.1 can access more streams and provide a better and more consistent connection, up to gig service. Worth the upgrade from the CM600 3.0
