Nothing to complain about, it just works. Upgrading from Docsis 3.0 has proven to be a good investment, this modem being 3.1 can access more streams and provide a better and more consistent connection, up to gig service. Worth the upgrade from the CM600 3.0

NETGEAR - 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem replaced a much older modem and has made a huge difference in our online experience. No more lag time or connectivity issues. The price is a bit high, but this modem's performance, in my opinion, makes up for it.

Works exactly like it says it will, easy setup FAST!!

Easily installed into my network and was compatible with Cox Cable with just a phone call to activate it. Throughput is solid and fast. Since I cut the cable for TV service I wanted to ensure that all of my devices had sufficient bandwidth to meet everyones needs and this did the trick.

Fast product, love it. Great for anyone looking to upgrade.

Makes for a great pairing with Netscape NightHawk Routers!

I would have given this a 5 star but I also bought a nighthawk router and they have issues with the QoS it actually throttled down my laptop even when I set it to high priority.....

I upgraded to gigabit internet service from Comcast and instead of paying their $12 monthly fee purchased my own modem.

I've stuck with Motorola/Arris modems over the years. I bought this one because I had a modem emergency and the 3.1 Arris modem was not available. This one was and was on sale as a bonus. I'm pleased! This has been the most trouble free modem I've owned so far and its been about a month.

During the COV19 it still does alright just like our last modem CM700. But the problem is still there will the channel bonds on all the upload and download streams will disappear and to attempt to reconnect. This happens multiples times and is very annoying even if you are trying to play a game, watch a streamer, or even streaming a movie.

This docs is 3.1 modem works very good,l. Highly recommend!

This modem has been the fastest one for my Internet service.

support for DOCSIS 3.1 was a key factor. works as advertised.
