I bought this modem because i have multiple people streaming off of one internet line. The docsis 3.1 has far more lanes of traffic then my previous modem. We have far less time buffering. Happy with the purchase and all of my previous netgear networking hardware has lasted years. Im sure this will be the same.

This new DOCSIS modem was very easy to setup and is much faster than my old unit that I replaced. The only thing to be aware of is that it takes almost 30 minutes before Comcast will see/recognize the modem on their network so that it will allow internet access.

This Modem is compatible with Spectrum. Easy install and Future ready. Gets Hot so install in a ventilated space.

It is a great investment and save me $15 every month. Comcast doesn't charge me for their equipment.

I wasn’t sure if it was worth buying a modem or keeping my rented one from Comcast. OMG IT IS SO WORTH IT! My internet is way more reliable and now that Comcast is DOCSIS 3.1 we are at top speed. I live it a 1,900 sq ft 2 story home and this modem works great in every corner of the house and in the backyard,

I bought this to go along with gigabit internet service. I was not disappointed at all in months I have had it so far. I think I have restarted it one time in that period and the thing is still working strong. I would recommend this to anyone with top tier internet looking to avoid a month hardware fee.

10x better than that crap the internet company is gonna try and charge you monthly fees for. Spend the money, have your own. It paid for itself in the 1st year of having it from not having to pay the fees from the internet company. Totally worth it.

I needed a replacement that worked with Comcast internet to save me the monthly rental fee. This product is capable of speeds beyond my internet package. It’s blazing fast! Works better than the rental product, plus it’s pays for itself in a year. It will be a relavent product for at least five more years.

Bought this to replace the one from my ISP. Significantly improved speeds and connection across my whole house!

easy set up works great! called my service provider hooked the cables from one modem to the other and was done

A little bit pricey but the performance is worth it. Set up was very easy once you got past the drama of the Xfinity App. I am using it as a second network for the basement apartment and I am very pleased. Highly recommend Netgear Nighthawk 3.1

Excellent substitute for the XFinity money grab. I’m no sucker for their nickel and dime rental. Excellent performance and price.

This worked out great with out be over priced. I upgraded to this model to help maximize my high speed internet. I’m pay for and upgraded internet service and the old Netgear not capable of giving me the best high speed internet experience.

Quick, simple setup. Very fast connection. I highly recommend this modem! (Stay away from Motorola!)

We needed an upgrade to our old modem that was getting in the way of us receiving the maximum upload/download speeds of the internet service we switched to. This modem allowed us to accomplish that. It was quick to install and works well with our service on WOW.

Recently upgraded to 1Gbps internet; makes a HUGE difference, and this modem I haven't had to restart even once since the change took place, and that was over a month ago. Very fast. The only thing I would have liked to see is more Ethernet ports, but I run a separate router to it, so that works just fine.

Having purchased a condo, second home, on the East Coast to be near grandkids we needed a complete new set up and our provider suggested we talk to BestBuy and we are more than pleased with the Netgear 32. It is better, faster and more reliable over all previously owned units.

I have a 1 gig internet and made the mistake at first to buy a 3.0 system. You can only get the full potential of 1 gig internet from a 3.1 modem like this one. Ive used this product for 2 months now with a x6 nighthawk and i have absolutely no issues with this modem at all. Well worth the money.

I have always been one to purchase my networking gear and not rent it. So when my old cable modem decided to fail I was looking to replace it with a one of the new DOCSIS 3.1 versions that have become available. I was a bit surprised at how much more they cost than the 3.0 versions. But my last modem probably lasted over 5 years so I did want one that was future proof. One feature here that I was not expecting was how easy it was to activate. I never had to call my cable provider and it was up and running in probably less than 30 minutes. No time on hold, no failed activation attempts. With just a verification of my home address and it was activated and working. It could not have been easier. I have a 150 MB down plan and after putting this is service I was getting 180 MB speeds. Yes the price was a bit of a shock but I have had great experience with Netgear products and I am now mostly future proof and glad I did spend the extra money. Kiddo to the setup Netgear and thanks for the extra speed.
