    An overall improvement on my last modem which pairs well with my Netgear router, however I didn't see any improvement on speeds because Xfinity isnt delivery on the speeds I pay for. No fault of the modem, just my isp.

    Works like a charm. With the new Modem and my new Linksys Routers, NO MORE BUFFERING! Buying this was the best decision ever. Thanks to the sales associate at BB, I bought the perfect product to solve my problems.

    This product does what it's suppose to do, If your looking to upgrade from the provided device from your carrier, I would recommend this for the 1 Gig internet.

    I bought this Docsis 3.1 Cable modem to get ready to upgrade to Gigabit Internet service. Just waiting for the price to come down a little or the Data cap to be changed... BUT.. in the meantime, this Cable Modem was on sale so I went ahead with the upgrade..

    Honestly we waited to long to update our Modem. We would have random drops of network and the whole family was crushed. Re Boots were 2 or 3 times per month. Didnt realize it was just my modem. This Netgear modem has been a ROCKSTAR.

    I owned the predecessor Netgear modem which stopped working after about 3.5 years. This modem was a simple swap (plug and play) and works great. Internet speeds toping 400 mbps on the Spectrum network. Very happy with the modem.

    Only works with asymmetrical internet service. Most plans in 2025 are symmetrical it won't work even if your isp says it does.
