Works for what I need but isn’t the best it is good tho

I purchased this modem to increase my bandwidth at COX up to 1 gig. so far no issues. I tend to always buy Netgear modems and ASUS routers. I've used them for years without any issues, so why fix something that is not broken.

Had it for about a week got it installed working pretty good so far

Very fast cable modem. I needed this for my Comcast pipe.

This modem is great for Comcast customers and was much faster than the old modem I had.

Grest modem would recommend it to anyone plus support 3.1 as well.

I bought this so I wouldn't have to pay my internet company an additional rental fee for their modem. Honestly this one gives off better service than the other the one I had.

This modem worked great from November 2018 - September 2021, then it just stopped working. It intermittently goes in and out and drops connections, sometimes it takes up to an hour to get internet again. No problems with ISP or outages. No problems with router. Everything else is fine.

I bought this modem for my Comcast 1 gig connection. It works great. But it doesn’t have WiFi so I had to move my wireless router around to get everything working correctly. That’s the only drawback I found. You will need a Wireless connection.

A bit difficult to set up (very slow to boot up), requiring quite a lot of technical support telephone time with my ISP, but once done, all seems very good.

Able to handle the speed we need. No problems installing it.

Replacing modem/router combo from Cox with this and a Netgear router works so much better. Even the Cox representative in the store commented on how good the modem was when we returned the Cox equipment.

Boosted up my MBPS from comcast. No dropped signal. Just a little expensive.

We made the jump to bypass the combined systems the cable/internet company provides. We purchased this modem to go with the new Orbi Router and Satellite system. It works great. We love having wifi throughout the house, even in the garage.
