Well preforming modem absolutely no problems as of yet

NETGEAR - CM1000 DOCSS 3.1 modem, Works well and is future proof

It works good for its purpose. No issues. Note-Unplugging the device for a hard reset switches the power button to the off position automatically. Be sure to press the power button after it’s plugged back in.

I returned it and kept my surfboard 8200.thought this would work better with my netgear router but ran into issue after issue, all fixable, but I didn't feel it was worth it when I had a perfectly good one already

Had older modem that was too old to connect well with new wifi router. Needed upgrade. Now hi speed wi fi reaches entire home. Plug and play, once cable company was told new address, simple.

I didn’t realize we were paying $10 to Comcast for their modem. Once I realized? We got this modem and it works just fine. I don’t know if it made any difference since we increased our speed to 150 mbps at th same time.

Two reasons for purchasing the Netgear CM 1000. I wanted our own equipment. Second I wanted a Docsis 3.1 that is IPv6 address compatible. Now that Time Warner Cable is now Spectrum. San Antonio CUSTOMERS can be treated to true 21st century advancement with the IPv6 address system. Let SPECTRUM know ALL customers should be given an IPv6 address.

Great slimline product easy to set up and get installed

A very stylish and powerful modem that surely will please! We hooked this cable modem up in our home and it offers great coverage and powerful reception. Haven't had any issues and the downloads are pretty quick.

Purchased this router because i go tired of paying for renting the one from Xfinity. For the price you pay for this it would be the same as renting. So why not own your router.

Bought this because my VPN connection stopped working with the Charter issued modem. I have no idea why this fixed it but it did..

Recently updated home network to gigibytes speed and needed better wifi coverage both in and outdoors - a little hard to setup, but very effective coverage post setup.

I dont know if it was because of the modem or my internet provider, but it was sort of a pain to set up. I'm used to the plug and play stuff. Maybe there was a step I missed. I like netgear products and it eventually works great. Set up was harder than most.

This modem delivers a robust signal for our home network. Smooth steaming for entertainment and working from home. Solid unit.

Picked up this modem in anticipation of the release of Gig Internet service from Xfinity in my area. Currently in use at DOCSIS 3.0 speeds with no issues. Was contacted by Xfinity for the service, but they will not be ready for user supplied modems for another 2 months.
