My brother lives out of town so solving his tech needs remotely is always a challenge but after diagnosing the problem and researching the product, he was thrilled with the modem we selected for him.

It works and doesn't drop the Internet like the old one.

We realized that we had been paying rental fees to Comcast for years and could have bought several cable modems with the money we spent renting. The CM1000 is ultra-high speed and backward compatible. Great investment.

Plugged everything and all the lights were working but for some reason wouldnt connect to my ISP signal. In sure it works great but i must have got a sefective unit
