I bought this modem with the Linksys - EA9500 Max-Stream AC5400 Tri-Band Wi-Fi Router - black, a very good convination recommended by bestbuy representive, thank you.

Great piece of equipment to add to my home office; however it didn't have a phone line and had to be returned.

The Modem is working great. I made a mistake thinking it was a router / WiFi And modem. Read the description well. No issues so far.

I purchased this modem because I got tired of paying for a rental from Comcast. In 10 months it's already paid for itself. I use it for gaming, streaming, wireless printing and surfing. You can NEVER go wrong with Netgear products.

Worthless junk that stopped working completely after a move and Netgear dosent even have 1 year warranty by default. Garbage!!

Wow! this thing is a game changer! If you need a good connection and fast speed, get this one or a better model. This brand is awesome!

I love this router it help my other satellite wifi run very fast. Comcast supported. Excellent product....love it !!!!!!

Seem to have upgraded the firmware and then cycled through the connection process. Several times I was on the phone with spectrum Internet. No one could explain why it was cycling and would not lock on the signal. Unfortunately, it's dead on arrival.! Just flashing lights, and defective, reported this to Netgear Support, with how disappointing the experience was. Bestbuy closed the local store in this area which was about a half hour drive away further complicating purchases and returns since I have to deal with this now with shipping!

Easy to install, set up and be ready to use, also saves good money by purchasing your own instead of renting from cable company.

Great Modem - have gone through leaps and bounds to get good internet connection and this does it!

Works fine unfortunately my internet provider is not very reliable so wasn’t worth the expense for me

I was hesitant to upgrade my modem however after having this device installed I’m happy I decided to do that. Exceptional modem and install was quick and easy.

No problem setting up. Had to call Cox. Modem was online in about 10 minutes. This modem is overkill for my service (100 Gbps) but operates fine in DOCSIS 3.0 mode.

Easy install online website and easy router connection which was previously purchased at BestBuy. Both are Comcast compatible and required zero contact with Comcast.
