Awesome gigabit modem, one of those modem that doesn't have the intel puma chipset.

We were able to setup with no problem and connect to router without any issues.

It seems to be a good choice so I don't have to pay the cable company for their monthly cost on a modem

Does what it should. Little more stylish than the surfboard, easy Netgear interface if you need to work with the settings a bit.

I took advantage of the customer service call in for set up. They (Netgear) were very friendly and walked me through the process.

I originally had the previous model before this one. I feel that I get better speeds on this newer model but I feel like my ping is very inconsistent with this newer model.

Purchased this modem to replace the rented one from Suddenlink. It will eventually pay for itself while providing great coverage.

Got this for Suddenlink 1 gig high speed internet. Unfortunately it did not work. However, 5 stars for Best Buy’s return policy and courtesy.

I replaced my cable modem due to not having control over the options now with this modem I have no issues and and very happy with the modem

It works well for me. I have a lot of electronics in my house and it gives good signal to them all. Couldn't get things done without it.

I gave it five stars but I returned it right away. It was my fault for not knowing it’s only a modem, wanted a WiFi router and cable modem combo

The product is good nothing wrong with it but unfortunately I had to return it as it’s not what I was looking for.

Thought it would be easy to install, but did require some time on the phone with our service provider. This became complicationed since the service kept on stating that it was not compatible with their service. Eventually got resolved
