Easy to install plus added security to internal access

This modem does the job well paired woth my Netgear router, I am very happy with my purchase.

Within 29 days we lost internet connection, took an hour for tech support to try and fix (comcast said they cant communicate with the devise even though its got comcast's logo on the box), they said the didn't know why the IP address isn't correct and we would need a new machine. This is where the 1 star comes in, if you don't want to be charged, you have to turn the broken one in FIRST, then wait until they ship you a new one. I cannot believe any company who sells internet equipment would think this is acceptable. You have to sit there for 1 to 2 weeks without internet. Unless you pay them $17, then they will send you one before you send yours back. Oh yeah, if you want it next day (if the machine isn't working you are still without internet) then you have to pay $30. The machine started working after my wife asked for a supervisor because of this ridiculous $30 fee, so they are now asking us to monitor it in case it happens again (remember they don't know why it didn't work in the first place). I bought this $200 machine instead of one with similar reviews for $120 because I thought it would be top notch. At the very least their warranty policy is almost criminal. Again, why should I pay for the privilege of not be without internet for several days when your defective machine that I just bought 4 weeks ago is causing the outage. Lastly, I know a lot of companies are using overseas help, the woman on the phone was barely understandable, not late at night either, in the middle of the day here in the good ole' US. Ridiculous.

Teaching virtually, and this modem seems to be doing great. I am not fancy enough to expose all the virtues and such, however the Modem seems to be providing a consistent strong signal to our router

I have this modem connected to a Suddenlink cable service. Able to stream TV and music and web surf and still have plenty of bandwidth on my 1 Gbit Suddenlink account.

I purchased this modem and I now know what Wi-Fi really is, paired along with the NETGEAR AX6000 It's been a great purchase, No Regrets!!!!!

This is a great modem, I would never rent a modem from ISP when I can buy one and save money in the long run.

The modem provides the bandwidth needed to stream TV and even play online games. Highly recommended and worth every penny.

Much better than my old wifi. I have comcast and had to upgrade so I tried out the nighthawk... Not disappointed at all. Would purchase a Netgear Nighthawk when its time to upgrade.

Easy set up and future proof for the 3.1 that Comcast promised to roll out in the next 6 months. To buy a 3.0 at this time is almost a waste of money.

Great modem. This is best I've purchased. Great for gaming as well including call of duty warzone

This is a great modem. Does everything it says and more. Oh, and it does work with Suddenlink for those who are wondering.

Easy setup worked great with Comcast. Limited to 1000Mbs but that’s not something they hide.

Nice modem. Upgraded to 1gb internet and needed something to support that bandwith. This baby does the trick!

Easy setup, works as shown! Price could be cheaper, but it's a solid product and I haven't had any issues.

Great items. Just keep in mind if you’re buying this if you have a house telephone, this does have a port for that.

Had to upgrade my modem due to upgrading my internet service. Had this modem up and running in just a few mins. So far no issues, loving it.

I have had no problems whatsoever with it. It made my internet connection faster just by using this modem instead of the one that Comcast gave me.
