    Never put one in untill I got this one. Worked fine but I admit I was intimidated but how to set up.

    I bought this modem in store with the help of a Best Buy associate who said it's the best one in the store in September 2020 to replace a 10-year-old Motorola that did not support the internet speed I wanted. What a mistake. It stopped working in 6 months. Best Buy would not fix, exchange or refund it but refers to the manufacturer which was worse to deal with. I should have bought it from Costco so I could return it in a heartbeat. I won't buy any electronics from Best Buy anymore...

    My old Netgear Wi-Fi modem combo had problems. Now with them separated things are more stable. Works great with orbi.

    We use over a TB of data every month in our house. I saw a huge performance increase when switching from my 4year old modem to this beast. I have it paired with a Netgear nighthawk router with three bands. These two keep our multiple computers, game consoles, Apple TV’s, and phones running on WiFi with no lag.
