    I contacted Cox to have the modem registered with my account. After several attempts by the technician to help troubleshoot my problem, nothing was successful. The modem was connected directly to my computer and directly to the wall. The Cox tech apologized and told me to reach out to Netgear. Unfortunately, I don't have the luxury to contact them for support until another weekend due to COVID WFH requirements. Internet is required for work and school. I unplugged this modem and plugged in my old one. Cox re-registered my old one and everything is working fine again. The reason I needed a new modem is to accommodate faster internet speeds for better performance. I'm disappointed this modem didn't work.

    Works well but it took 3 times to get the modem to boot up when first setting it up. Has gone down twice in the 3 months since being installed. Boots right back.

    I get some connectivity issues every once in a while, not sure if it's the modem or my router. Overall, it works well and I never need to restart it.
