Love this product I always been a netgear costumer

Bought this instead of getting one from our provider!

I recently purchased faster internet speed (150+ MBPS) and I was advised by Comcast to upgrade my modem from DOCSIS 3.0 to DOCSIS 3.1 to take full advantage of the increased internet speed I had purchased.

No complaints. It seems to deliver what it promises.

I try to set up and each time I try didn't work I am not an expert at all and do the follow up based on the app and even tought didn't work that's why the stars..we really wanted but... Thank you,

It has increased my WiFi coverage at a reasonable price.

Comcast increased my internet speed to 600 Mbps. This modem cannot handle it. The download light keeps blinking and cannot synchronize. Result: around 300 Mbps only.

This has been disappointing so far. I have Comcast Gig Speed and NEVER get close to that hovers around ~125 down and up is 35. I have had them here to service the line and everything checks out. Contacted Best Buy, they told me to contact Netgear. It's been over a month since I followed all of the detailed instructions Netgear gave me, and the continue to ignore my comments on my case. This is a modem issue and Netgear has been miserable to work with. I bought this for the brand name. This is not Best Buy's fault, this is a NetGear issue, I expect more from a company like Netgear.

Way better than the one provided by cox cable. It increased my speed from 200 to 300. Which is what my plan is.

Had it a week worked ok. Not real fast. Had to replace it after it suddenly started dropping signal from isp. Test wires and service all good. Wouldn’t connect back to isp after 2 weeks kept coding out in modem software. Netgear wanted More money to update system to get to run correctly wasn’t willing to spend the cost of another modem to get service update. Was a fan of netgear till this modem. Won’t ever make that mistake again. Do yourself a favor don’t buy netgear modems. Routers are good modems are junk

I had to upgrade to DOCSIS 3.1 to get all the thoroughput possible from my ISP. This seems to get the job done.

Super fast. I consistently get more than 800 mbps with RCN gig internet.

Item is bit big and bulky other than that works great.

Good modem so far updated from Spectrum modem and did notice improved internet speeds. Would recommend

This may be a great modem but it was not what I needed or could use. It was pushed on me by the Best Buy information assistant. I kept asking him if it supported home phone and he assured me it did. I should have put on my glasses and read the small print which said it did not. No fault of the product. Just misrepresented by the salesman and not sufficiently checked out by reading the info on the box by me.

No issues with set up our use, and saves money every month not having to lease from the cable company.

Tried to cancel order, they would not let me 15 minutes after ordering. Huge runaround to get my money back

Great product! Upgraded internet speed to 300 with Cox Cable. Old modem was slow. Best modem available
