    Went bad after warranty period

    Kept cycling in and out of Wifi for the past year. Thought it was our broadband. Called Cox. They found some things at their hubs and fixed it. Still didn't work

    Did not set up easily -customer service terrible. Should have been an easy set up required hours and had to involve spectrum

    First unit was defective out of the box. Replacement stopped working after a couple days. Finally returned and went with a different brand.

    I would not recommend any of Netgear's inferior products. I have never had any luck with them and end up returning them every time.
