Works great, easy to setup on my Spectrum service, 200Mbps. Replaced an older model DOCSIS 3.0 model.

Bought to replace the modem that I was renting from my IP. The hardest part was trying to get my IP to ping it for setup. Afterward, it was easy to hookup to my wi-fi 6 router. I have owned it for over a month now and no problems.

The product is perfect for my apartment, and it saved me the rent from the internet provider.

We have been using this for a month with no problems. It replaced an older modem and it's certainly more efficient. We were wondering if we should go with a fancier model, but this one suits us well. We've bought this brand before and we are happy to recommend it.

This router disconnects from the network every few months or a year. To get it working again, I need to turn it off and let it rest for about 10 minutes before turning it back on (sometimes it needs multiple rest periods).

Got new high-speed internet and this modem to go along with it. So far no complaints.

I replaced my SB6190 with this CM1000, Night and Day difference, Boot Time was about 30-45 seconds, unlike the 1-2 minutes of the SB6190. Ping times are 8-10 msec unlike the 25-30 of the SB6190. This is just my first impressions, but so far so good. SB modems are not the same since Arris bought them.

This is the one if you need a 1Gbps cable modem. No complaints.

this is a lot better than my old arris modem. Faster too

It works well but there should be printed set up instructions instead of having to download an app. Without a working modem it took a long time for the download to complete

Yeah yeah, great router … though I was just comparing prices and just thought I'd mention it's funny how literally anywhere else online you can buy the thing for the same price, but here ya'll claim its 189$ but we're "saving" 40% because you so graciously lowered the price..

This modem is excellent!! I purchased it to replace the Xfinity issued modem/router. I already had a Netgear brand router and was happy with its performance. Signal is good throughout the house. Overall I’m very happy with my Netgear modem.
