Has been going strong for almost a year and a half. Haven't dropped the connection yet. Got 1gig internet on Mediacom and handles it no problem. Recommend

This is a fast and very reliable cable modem that works well with Mediacom’s internet set.

Installation took zero effort. Performance has been excellent. It easily matches Comcast's speeds (don't we all wish Comcast delivered what we pay for?).

Purchased this modem to replace our Cox Panoramic modem rental and was a great investment and upgrade. Speed is great and having 32x8 helps a lot as well where we live.

Very easy to set up and gives me full use of my high speed connection from Comcast Xfinity. Automatically authorized by Xfinity. Much better than Arris modem and no monthly fee.

Product working really well for the month I have owned it. Ties in well if you are using a mesh WiFi system. Internet company recommended 3.1 in case decide to upgrade service.

I upgraded from another Netgear that was 8 years old. The difference in the speed is incredible. Well worth the money. I do wish it had more ports to connect devices wired.

This MODEM is EXCELLENT! easy to set up and works extremely well with our NETGEAR mess try band as well.

So far so good. Only had it for a couple of weeks and certainly feels like un upgrade from my older modem. Im gettimg higher speeds, smoother connection, and even faster restarts and reconnecting. It was pretty easy to set up, too.

No DOCSIS 3.1 in my area, but works great with the 24/4 bonded DOCSIS 3.0 channels. No problem getting my advertised speeds and doesn't get too warm. Seems to have great ventilation.

Exactly what I expected from this modem. I subscribe to a 200mbps tier from WoW. In doing speed tests, and because WoW doesn't throttle like Spectrum does, the initial phase of the test jumps close to 400 mbps and then converges to the ~210 mbps downloads. Uploads tested also jumps to 20mbps and then converges to ~ 10-11 mbps. No issue registering the modem with WoW and worked like a charm. ~ 2-3 wks now and very stable. Recommend it for general cable modem usage up to 1Gbps docsys3.1. Simple and solid modem.

Set up was easy. Been using it for about 3 months and the reliability has been perfect. Definitely beats my old Comcast model/router!

Works great and is fast....although getting it working with Xfinity was way harder then it would be. They make it sound like it's a simple process but after trying different ways (xfinity sucks) we ultimatly had to chat with one of their reps to get the old modem removed and this new one added. Make sure you have a cell phone near by because you can't use the xfinity app via your laptop. They want you to download and install their app.

This modem was easy to set up and I have noticeably faster internet. Would recommend 100%

I used to use one from my internet provider but this increased my speed astronomically and will end up paying itself off within a few months of use. very happy with this modem
