Works great. Optimizes speed to my router. Much better than paying rent to the internet provider for theirs.

Handles high speed cable internet like a dream, had to exchange mine because I upgraded to fiber internet recently the only warning that I have is this modem does run on the warm side so keep it in a well ventilated area.

This modem has been rock solid since I installed it. It has great speed and no connection issues at all.

Was able to get it setup on RCN by calling them, was up and running at Gig speed, is rock solid and haven't seen any issues. Great modem, reasonable price, and works well with RCN

After installing the CM 1000 Modem, I noticed a 5Mbps increase on the 2.4 Ghz channel. Also, I'm future proofing my internet connection with DOCis 3.1.

Simple setup, great speed. I immediately changed my plan to double my speed as soon as I activated it.

So far so good. Setup was easy even though unit is a little bit. Internet connection has been faster and uninterrupted.

The Netgear modem setup was very straightforward as I already had the Xfinity app loaded on my phone from the previous installation. Activation via the Xfinity app took only a couple of minutes and a couple more minutes for the modem to restart. Worked with my router without any issues as soon as I plugged it into that device.

This modern was extremely easy to install. The speed I have now greatly increased and I am ready for further increases with my carrier! YAY!

Cable modems kind of suck as a rule of thumb. And this one still has the problems that all cable modems do. But it works fantastic otherwise (for a cable modem.)

I was hesitant to go with the netgear brandsincw i have had issues in the past. But this modem has been phenomenal. Easy to set up and super fast.

Bought the NETGEAR DOCSIS 3.1 to replace an older slower modem. I didn't see much difference till I researched and replaced my old router. The combination of the new modem and router (reviewed later) has made a huge difference. We can now be online or streaming with several different units with no issues. When I tested my download speeds from Xfinity it showed they had improved by 4 or 5 times. Phones , laptops, and desktop all worked much faster.

Upgraded my Cable Modem to much faster internet and needed 3.1 and this works great!

This modem is amazing, its DOCSIS 3.1 so it will be future proof and I noticed speed increases and lower ping

This modem is sleek and blends in my living room. Easy to to install. Works great with my 1GB speed internet.

Can handle the speed nicely and very reliable. Haven't had a problem yet and we've had it for a while.
