It's probably more than I need but you know what? I don't care! A lot of peace of mind knowing that my modem is as fast as it gets! It sped up my entire browsing experience and frankly with the amount of time and $ you spend on the internet and streaming -- why not go all out of the modem! This modem should be good a minimum of 4 years and to me it's well worth it!

For the 4k hdr streamer or 4k hdr gamer, this is the modem for you. I am impressed by the speed difference on my TV and my PS4 Pro. Easy setup -

I will never go into an internet subscription without my own router ever again, and this one gets the job done well. For a somewhat smaller townhouse, it still provides excellent quality coverage through the whole home, on both floors. Also cost effective, the price was reasonable.

We haven't noticed much of a difference in game play on the PS4; other than really fast downloads, but the biggest difference is in watching Netflix. The pixeled appearance of the picture is gone from Netflix that would occur from time to time, the picture appears more high definition in the shows we watch, and we are accessing Netflix, Amazon Prime, and You Tube faster.

Great modem, especially for the sale price. Docsis 3.1 so it's up to date. Set up is as easy as plugging it in.

I mean, it's a modem so the setup is super simple. Plug and play. I like having my own equipment so I bought this when I upgraded to gigabit internet with xfinity. I couldn't be more pleased with the speeds I'm getting now. Things download in a flash and although I have only had it for a couple of weeks, there are zero issues. I already have a wireless router so I didnt need the combo modem/router. Would definitely recommend to those upgrading to faster internet
