I can’t speak for the longevity of this product because I’ve only had it up and running for about a week, but so far between this modem and getting a decent router, my internet works like a dream. Super fast and I haven’t had any interruptions.

Great speeds and reliable connection. worth the investment and it is future proof

I wanted to replace my NEW Comcast rental gateway which was junk and required daily reboots and weekly tech support OUT OF THE BOX. I first purchased the Netgear Orbi satellite router. The Netgear CM1000 was advertised to work the best with Orbi. I was not disappointed! I now enjoy great internet service which is fast and uninterrupted. Great investment with the service protection.

Best option for xfinity customers who don’t want to rent their modem. The quality and standards Netgear hold their products to us much greater then Motorola and the surfboard modem. I get much more consistent speeds from the provider using this. If you purchase your own modem choose netgear over the competition.

I originally purchase the Nighthawk that had 3.1 DOCSIS with it, though I already had an existing modem. Needless to say, the other modem took a dive and I decided to bite the bullet and get this modem that was very compatible with all my other existing Netgear hardware. I'm not too sure what I waited so long and I was able to a notable difference right off the bat.

I have had this modem for about a month and it is working great so far. My daughter will be buying this same modem soon.

I bought this router as an upgrade from my DOCSIS 3.0 modem and it has worked great. Great speed, does not reset at all. One of the reasons I chose to upgrade was because my previous modem would reset at least once or twice a day. I have had no issues with this new modem.

Purchased to replace the worthless piece junk modem that spectrum provided. Worked perfectly and connected up to their system faster than their own gear. Fast stable connection. Have had zero problems since.

Wanted to quit paying cable company rental fees , for my needs this nighthawk modem is great for my needs for streaming and gaming, gives me the best quality of speed needed to do my things for my entertainment. even says five star , tell you the truth i would rate this as a rate of a 10.

Needed up update my router to 3.1 for fast speed internet through Xfinity. My internet went from 300Mps to 800Mps with a very stable connection. Top of the line from NETGEAR, love their Nighthawk lineup!

Faster than the router it replace, which was a Lynksis ac1900 wrt.

I bought this Modem to replace the equipment the cable company gave me. I was not getting the speeds I paid for so I decided to get my own equipment. I also bought an Orbi Mesh WiFi system to go with this modem. My speeds are so fast now and I am getting higher speeds then I am paying for. I would highly recommend this modem.

Works fine for my gigabit internet, however Xfinity recommends to upgrade to a compatible device to get the benefit of my Gigabit internet
