Works fine for my gigabit internet, however Xfinity recommends to upgrade to a compatible device to get the benefit of my Gigabit internet

Love it! It works and that is what counts. If it breaks down, I will probably try another of the same brand.

So far so good, get 1 gig speeds on Mediacom plan. Make sure to call them so they register the device MAC address (as stated in the instructions).

The Setup was easy, especially for someone like me that is not tech savy! It has not dissappointed and would definately recommend!

As of now, the speeds available in our area are less then this modem is capable of. We have been told in the near future we will have this option. With our previous modem being 13 years old, when I upgraded, opted to be as future proof as I could be at the time. Bit more expensive, but this method has proven to be cheaper over time.

I’ve had this modem for a few weeks now and it does its job and works perfectly. No problems thus far. Had to buy a modem that was compatible with Xfinity’s service (as my husband and I had no intention to use Xfinity’s modem due to how costly it would be to rent theirs over time) and this one definitely works well.

The modem was a bit pricier than ehat I am used to paying for aodem, but we were in need on a set up capable of lushing a gig. So far, it gets the job done. I probably would have went with the other model that has extra ports if I had the money.

Just reviewed a router....same here. I needed setup help but that wasn't too hard for the geek squad. Got it up and running, connected to all my devices easily (combined with the router setup of course)...way less painful than I expected and am saving $13 a month by NOT renting the modem router from my provider. It'll pay for itself in a few months

Cox Gigablast was finally offered in my neighborhood so I jumped at the chance. However, I needed a new modem to handle it (I never rent modems). Came home, set it up in a snap (nothing to do but hook up the 3 cables (net in, net out and power). Called Cox and gave them the MAC address so they could talk to it and I was good to go. Just blazing along ever since.

When I got my own place I wanted a fast internet connection and the folks at Comcast have made me really happy.... but of course I didn't wanna have a monthly payment for equipment I didn't want... me being a tech guy I like the finer things in life. The performance on this modem is just or more than I wanted, based on its technology built in.

I bought the modem online but before picking up the modem the Best Buy employee provided me with guidance and feedback about this modem. Overall is working well!

I needed to upgrade my old cable router after my internet provider upgraded me to 1GB service. I have tripled the speed of my previous cable router. I did have to call my service provider to connect, but it was easy one I got a service representative. Very happy with this cable router. Should last me for a few years.

I bought this modem to replace my previous DOCSIS 2.0 modem. Wow, this modem is so much faster. It's located in my Garage and subject to warmer and colder temperatures then inside my house. I haven't had any problems but I do occasionally reboot the modem, switches, and access points every couple of months as a best practice.

I bought this to get the max speeds my ISP provided in a recent upgrade of my service. My old modem is fine but could not take advantage of faster speeds (beyond 250). This new router instantly took advantage of my ISP upgrade and went beyond 600. If your modem is not able to give you the speed your ISP promised, it might be time to upgrade to this.

Its a modem - does what it should. Had to have a Spectrum technician assist with the setup as the automatic activation site says this modem is not supported. (It is supported). Other than that small hiccup for setup I get over the listed 400Mbps download/20Mbps upload speed from my Spectrum service.
