Best cable modem ever, easy to set up and very fast.

Got this modem so we could upgrade our internet and it works like a charm. I have always had netgear products Bc they work so well for me. If u want to get the most of ur fast speeds this is a great modem if u are like me and prefer ur modem and router to be separate.

This is one of the those things you will configure it once, put it somewhere out of sight and forget about it. After a year of owning it, that is exactly my experience. No problem, no fuss, just quietly doing it's work. I could not be more happier with it.

I bought this modem due to concerns of other modems footprint. Fits perfectly into the small space I need it to. Set up and install was a breeze, aside from contacting my internet provider. (Friendly reminder: always check with your ISP to ensure your modem is compatible with their system)

I have been surviving with my old DOCSIS 3.0 modem for as long as I could. Time came to renegotiate my contract with Comcast. They tripled my speed for the same monthly price since I’ve been with them for 20 years. The old modem couldn’t handle the new speeds so it was time to update. Immediately after provisioning the new modem, my speeds shot up. So long as this modem lasts me as long as the old Motorola one, I’ll be happy.

I bought this in hopes to reduce my internet issues with my last modem/router setup, and it has done just that. Although, I was looking to get the modem and router combo, this has been a pleasant purchase for me. It was easy setup both with my router and everything else.

I did a full on research piece on DOCSIS 3.1 versus 3.0 and on up-channels vs down channels and although our ISP is at 200, this product is an investment for the future. One day we'll upgrade and truly put this bad boy to good use. Definite upgrade from 3.0 at 8x4 channels.

Easy to set up with my cable provider, great performance with the modem, so I noticeable increase in my download and upload speeds. As always, Netgear makes a great product and really makes the Wi-Fi improve in your home. Also, a much more contemporary and aesthetically pleasing modem.

No problems running every wi-fi and wired product in the house. Have 3 different gaming rigs running. 2 hardwired and one on the Wi-fi network. No lag issues, and no interruptions!

As a result of recently upgrading our internet speed our modem also needed to be upgraded to handle the higher speed. The one I was using was capped at 300mps. This one can handle up to 1000mps. Setup was easy enough, just had to contact our ISP and follow instructions. Was pretty quick and easy.

Works good compatible with my internet provider. Easy to hook up. My internet is fast now.

I'm very happy with this modem, I had zero issues getting it set up and it tripled my Speedtest results. Granted it was replacing a 2017 TP Link modem but I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I bought this modem so that I would not have to rent one from Cox. The Cox rep was not able to figure it out how to connect it, and forced me to pay extra for a "technical" consult. Once I got to that person it took about one minute to connect. I have issues with Cox, but not with the modem.

Got this on sale because my old router decided to die and couldn't be anymore pleased. I was skeptical as I usually buy Arris products but didn't have a choice as their new 3.1 modem wasn't out yet. Haven't had any issues with the Netgear and am actually getting up to 150-160Mbps
