Should have abandoned Comcast's modems long ago. Comcast plant in my neighborhood is weak and their modems kept giving up. This NG modem was very easy to set up with one easy call to Comcast. Excellent speed. Also nice small footprint as space in my house wiring can was very limited.

Very fast - Not a Wifi modem though / I didn't need wifi functionality, and I'm sure it's mentioned somewhere in the info that I missed so not that big of a deal to me, but worth pointing out!

Thanks to this new modem, I'm seeing incredible download and upload speeds that I didn't think we're possible in my area. If you're considering buying your own modem, instead of shelling out 10 to $15 a month to rent one from the cable company, this is your best bet. Highly recommended

The setup was insanely simple! It even directed me when to call my cable company. I had already done what was needed and they were able to do their part immediately!

Works great with our Xfinity service and even the Xfinity technician that came out to verify the coxial cabling said it was a good purchase. Works with MoCa and Docsis 3.1.

Our cable company changed its DOS requirements and our year and half old modem had to be replaced. Our son researched and found this one for us to purchase at Best Buy. Its performance is fantastic! I also got a Geek Squad extended warranty, which has proven to be awesome in the past..

combined this purchase with the netgear nighthawk X8 router. Now no more lagging when 3 people are gaming online. love it.

Setup with Xfinity was a breeze. I get slightly better speeds than before with my Motorola router that died in a lighting storm.

I was really angry that the website does not update as it should in stock in hand so I went to the store to pick up a different item only to find empty shelves. sales personnel suggested another unit, but because I have never heard of that brand I chose this one instead I was expecting a fight either with software or cable company to get this up and running, but this unit took care of everything for me including negotiations with the cable server it has been a joy to work with so far. now to see how long it's service life is .

My Modem blew and needed a new one - was looking for an Aris to replace my old one but not in stock. Ended up with a NetGear - so far it has worked perfectly.

This modem has been stunningly reliable. The modem xfinity provides, i was having to reset multiple times a week. The netgear modem by contrast i have only had to reset once since i bought it, which in my world reliable uptime is incredibly vital. In conclusion, i couldn't be happier.

I got this as it was recommended to me from Xfinity. I wanted to own a modem outright rather than pay rent to them for one. It will pay for itself in just 10 months. Not only that - It is faster than the Xfinity one that I had. This thing is blazing fast.

This is a great Docsis 3.1 modem for Comcast. I needed a new cable modem when I upgraded to comcast extreme 450 internet. Setup and connection were easy. I did have to call comcast to have the modem provisioned, but once that was done, the modem worked great.

The sales tech recommended this product when I needed to replace a rental modem from the cable company. I only wish I had known that I could use my own modem sooner and save some of those lease fees. Oh well...don't lease, buy! My connectivity times improved 100% with this new modem.

Great cable modem for what I needed. I've got Xfinity 100 Mbps service, and I'm clocking 121 Mbps speed. Streaming movies through my Firestick is flawless, and there is no lag!
