It works. My internet works. It was suggested by Comcast that the router be Docsis 3.1. It's overkill l for it's use, but it should be future proof.

This modem is quite fast and I have no problem with it so far. Although I wasn’t able to test it at gigabit speed I’d still highly recommend this product since it can future proof next generation need of gigabit speeds.

To save money on my cable bill I decided to buy my own modern. The company recommended two and I chose Netgear's DOC SIS 3.1 because of my past experience with Ntegear products. They have all performed well.

Buffered a few times with my nighthawk x6. Had to get my ISP to my house so they can remove the 2 filters on my lines and the box outside my home to get the full potential of the 32x8 channels. Will recommend this if you have a fast internet speed. I'm at 150mb/s and getting 10-20 mb/s more with this through 5ghz wifi.

Works as it should. I'm not sure if it has to stand vertically or not, but it would be nice if we had the option to lay it horizontally. I also kind of wish it had wireless router capabilities. That's probably a different product but I didn't realize that until after I got it.

I was looking for a modem that was superior to what my cable provider offered and this modem did not disappoint. If you want reliability and quality, this modem will do the job.

Works fantastic with the Eero pods. Took a bit to configure it with Comcast. But techies would have it handled in seconds. I will never go back to Cable or DSL service provided routers and modems. Good price too.

No issues during installation. It was one of the easiest to setup. Swapped out the old modem, hooked up directly to the the new, it connected to Xfinity to authorize the MAC, and off it went. Solid piece!

I have dual mode routers and cable modem in one, and they were marginal at best. This cable modem with DOCSIS 3.1 is fantastic and I’m getting consistent and blazing fast connectivity. I highly recommend this item.

Outstanding piece of equipment. Should meet the Gigabit per second (up to 10 Gb / /sec); realistically 6 Gb / sec - standard for the next 5 years. By then, new DOCSIS standards or 20 Gb should be solidified.

Was working fine with regular high speed internet but when I went to switch to Giga High Speed which the 3.1 was designed for Atlantic bb my internet provider would not allow it's use and forced me to use their 3.1 Modem!!!!!!

Great modem. Login is very easy and netgear support is great. Too bad Modesto does not really have gigabit speeds. Kind bulky has to lay it down to fit in the shelf.

Make sure that your provider matchs with your router and modem or if not then you will have to buy a new set like I did. I ended up getting this one because it works with WOW and got say it works pretty well so far.

This majorly improved our internet speed and helped facilitate an amazing experience for all our devices. It can handle all the throughput that a household would use.

Very impressive. Have not had any issues getting online since I received my new Netgear Nighthawk DOCSIS 3.1 cable modem. Would definitely recommend this product.
