Works great. I like the idea that I own my own Cable Modem. It works excellent. No issues, or problems. Took me literally 3 minutes to set up and get connected to Xfinity.

Purchase this to get gigabyte speeds, it has changed my life. No more problems with streaming and playing video games. This keeps the whole family sane LOL.

Simple to set up, worked with xfinity’s online authentication. Xfinity recognized the new device and configured it without having to call in, all done through a browser. Any time I don’t have to call them is a win. So far, it’s been rock stable.

Purchased this to replace an older rented modem router combo. Plug it in, connect to laptop and xfinity took care of the rest. Up and running in a few minutes.

I needed to replace an old Surfboard 3.0 modem and found this one on Best Buy’s website as being XFINITY approved. Working well so far and enabling far higher download speeds off the bat!

It seems to be doing good so far. Bought it because we upgraded our internet speed to 1 Gbps and this is rated to handle that. It says we are getting around 700 Mpbs, which is close enough for me. I would guess the lack is from our provider, not the modem.

Fast, and crazy to setup. I like that the dashboard lights are muted, by design, so as not CTO be distracting. However it drops internet far more often than previous two modems, despite being endorsed by Comcast. The reset button is handy but I wish it weren't needed as much which bus why I take away one star.

Great modem for use with my internet provider (Midco.) Super easy to setup and put my at ease of mind knowing i had an outstanding product.

Its good for a lower tier internet plan. But i upgraded to gigabyte plan and this cant support it. When I was on the lower plan its great and will use again if I decide to go lower later on.

If you have poor Xfinity service. Please try this product. (I did purchase the triband router as well.) I work from home and it took my days from frustrating to getting things done!

I was paying optimum cable renting their boxes and decided to get my own and this works better and faster then optimum rented boxes

Had to replace an older modem to be compliant with Gigablast. It was very easy to install, worked right away. I haven't had any problems so far. Very Satisfied

Got this to stop paying for rental from cable company. I'm positive my internet is faster now. And save money in the long run.

This had been a solid modem for me since I switched to Comcast Xfinity. It might be a little expensive for some, but it can save you more in the long run by saving the modem rental fees

I am glad you carry netgear it has always been a good product and lasts a long time easy to install and reasonably priced small and compact to not take up too much space on my desk

I've had zero issues with it. Called my cable company and they had it up and running in no time. I'm really glad to have gotten Docis 3.1 I feel "future proofed" for many years.

Want to save money on your cable bill? Return your cable modem and buy your own. Besides, this modem is better than anything Comcast provides you.

I was hesitant at first, as I didn't do much research on this product and I went in looking for a different product. I am so glad I purchase this one. The speeds are amazing and more than I expect.

Needed to update my modem and the really did the trick. I couldn't achieve the speed that I was paying for from my internet provider and now it's much better.

We love it! You can tell the difference. We bought this because we wants to stop paying $10/month to Comcast for using their modem. I wish we bought this sooner. We can finally get the speed.
