The product has been helpful getting wifi throughout the house and at high speeds. It does have some issues with it disconnecting but i havent had a issue since my first week of purchase.

Doubled my speed, I have stutterlink and used to have slow internet with their modem. This one doubled my speed!! Great purchase!

Connected this to my Orbi Mesh network so far no lag or no need to disconnect. Have a few WiFi/ Bluetooth enabled devices on this so far all of them work without a lag

In a house with a small child, dependable internet is a must. Nothing has interfered with her cartoons and that’s all I can ask for in a modem.

I’m an IT guy, but I will say that for somebody who is not and is on Xfinity internet, get this modem and save on the rental costs of the xfinity substandard modem. If you are using a separate router for WiFi, and do not subscribe to their voice service (VoIP), this is the modem for you. The instructions are simple and do not require any phone calls to their help desk. Just make sure you have 45 minutes to an hour for the setup and to receive updates to the modem firmware. Small modem that uses less power and generates less heat. Would definitely buy this modem again!
