Plug and play really here but leaves room for gig speeds and actually allows me to get more bandwidth than what internet company has registered.

Works so well I don’t know it there. That is the way a modern so Should work.

Setup was very simple and straight forward with the included instructions. More than doubled my download speed compared to my old modem.

So far I have no problems with the unit. For it's price it does not have a premium feel to it.4 stars for it running hotter then most other modems as other people have stated.

This was an easy set up. I also had a problem with the internet provider and had to call Netgear, wry nice. The actual system works perfectly.

Modem was easy to install and works great! I’m not an IT guy but was able to install this with no problem.

I was able to get the modem set up and activated fast and easy. Not much else to say sense it's only a modem and not a router.

So far this is a great product. Does what its supposed to!. Absolutely happy.

This product has made a big difference in our home because we have 7 people all using the internet. The kids no longer complain about lag time.

Great price better service than the cable modem I was renting and now I own it so no rental premium. YEAH!

I have not had any problems at all with this modem. It can handle my Blast! speed and will be able to handle any faster speeds that my ISP puts out.

This modem seems to work well and is very fast. We have had several occasions where the system lost internet and had to be rebooted. Otherwise I would give this a 5-star rating.

We have Xfinity and this modem was easy to setup and configure to use with our new service.

With our kids doing forced home school and my wife and I working from home we upped our internet speeds and needed a modem to handle the faster speeds. Works great and doesn't need reset that often.

So far so good. Hooked up to my Nighthawk Mesh system, I'm getting good speed all over the house.

Purchased because product claims to work with DOCSIS 3.1 as well as DOCSIS 3.0. It may but Suddenlink rep claims it will not work with Suddenlink service which requires DOCSIS 3.0. Apparently it did not because Suddenlink never activated modem. Hard to know for sure but returned for another Netgear product that supports DOCSIS 3.0 and is working fine. Return to Best Buy was easy and efficient.

Provides a speed faster than what I even pay for. With over 1TB of usage per month we really give this modem a workout.
