    We were hoping that a new modem and router would finally stop some of our disconnection issues from comcast but that does not seem to be the case. So we have given the problem to them and they are scrambling to find the problem and a solution. We have had some issues with the modem and router running slower then it should and also with the way the internal speed test seems to land squarely in Netgears advantage when in reality it does not work at the level they state and test results show. We are pleased but not as happy as we thought we were going to be with there products.

    I purchased the modem and router because I had been trying to get Comcast to come out because of weak service that they wouldn't correct at the time. This Netgear was a saver. (Comcast finally came out after a year and corrected the problem. This was before 2020 and Covid-19 just added to them not responding) I'm keeping my Netgear for backup.
