I think that this would be a fantastic unit for anyone that wants easy setup, lower cost and has a really small place, like an apartment. It will certainly work for a small to medium home

Great cable modem for Comcast

It is working great, easy activated. Please don’t buy the refurbished Instead of buy new one because you will have the problem for activation since old MAC address has been used.
