    Excellent product works with Comcast flawlessly. Getting 961 GPS download on 1 GBs premium service. Super fast and all the other docs is 3.1 modems were much more $$$.

    My only concern that you can not read the speed of your internet by connecting you computer straight to this modem you have to have a middle man ( router) which will never give accurate speed test. Called customer service and the couldn’t help .

    The stats and capabilities on this look great on paper. However, we have comcast. It did not work well with our ISP. We ended up returning this and getting an ARRIS. Comcast owns then and they work better with their service. This is on the approved list- but just didn't give us the full use of its potential due to service issues with this product.

    Does it’s job. Give the MAC to ISP and boom you have internet. I don’t find myself having to reboot this one near as often as the rented ISP modem and to be honest I forgot I even owned it. That right there is the sign of a good modem

    We had an old modem that seemed to work, but our network continually slowed down,especially with our VPN setup. Since installing this new modem, our network response times have improved and, most importantly, become reliably stable.

    Using a Nighthawk AC 1750 for the router, this modem has provided a stable connection for 20+ smart devices in my house. The previous modem was 4 years old and since my wife and I both work from home, a more stable connection was needed.

    Great Cable Modem had problems with service provider Xfinity (Comcast) had to return there modem first and it still took a week to get full operational status with out a problem Xfinity doesn’t like when you own your own equipment Other wise great product
